The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:
Lucy Bailey, 42, 968 Old Railroad Grade Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested on November 8 by Deputy Mckenly Berry on an outstanding warrant for violation of probation.
Ryan Gray, 38, 110 Carter View Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested on November 8 by Deputy Cody Farley on a warrant for violation of community corrections.
Brandi Minutolo, 38, 2002 Aspen Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested on November 8 by Deputy Cody Farley on warrants for violation of probation and failure to appear.
William Arp, 33, 378 Jenkins Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on November 8 by Deputy Mckenly Berry on an outstanding warrant.
Thomas Reed, 28, 322 Race St., Elizabethton, was arrested on November 8 by Sgt. William Staschak on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear.
Shamonte Mims, 30, 303 Watauga, Johnson City, was arrested on November 8 by Deputy Cody Farley on a warrant for failure to appear.
Jordan Burgos, 24, 701 Willow Springs Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on November 8 by Deputy Cody Farley on a warrant for violation of probation.
Johnathan Berical, 25, Swimming Pool Road, Hampton, was arrested on November 8 by Sgt. Michael Malone on a warrant for violation of probation.
Austin Arnold, 23, 218 South Holston Dam Road, Bristol, was arrested on November 8 by Deputy Thomas Hill on a warrant for failure to appear.
Chance Ashley, 20, 216 South Main St., Elizabethton, was arrested on November 9 by Cpl. Amanda Peters on a warrant for violation of probation.
John Berry, 51, address withheld, was arrested on November 9 by Deputy Cody Farley for violation of Schedule II and paraphernalia possession.
George Yourgulez, 31, 192 Dalewood Road, Johnson City, was arrested on November 9 by Deputy Cody Farley on a warrant for violation of probation.
Phillip Ray, 35, 139 Elisha Garland Cemetery Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested on November 9 by Deputy Mckenly Berry for resisting arrest and assault on a police officer.
John Richards, 23, 2719 South Road, Johnson City, was arrested on November 10 by Deputy Justin Covington on a warrant for violation of probation.
Kenneth Frazier, 30, 1270 Bluefield Ave., A Building, Elizabethton, was arrested on November 10 by Deputy Justin Johnson on active warrants for failure to appear.
Michael Lowe, 65, 701 Well St., Elizabethton, was arrested on November 10 by Deputy Justin Johnson on active warrants for failure to appear.
Robert Whitson, 58, 1248 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on November 10 by Deputy Mckenly Berry for driving while revoked and simple possession.
James Scalf, 73, 114 Lynn Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on November 10 by Deputy Justin Johnson on active warrants for violation of probation.
Carroll Lovelace, 45, no address, was arrested on November 10 by Sgt. William Staschak on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear.
Jason Short, 43, 103 Leroy Dugger Road, Butler, was arrested on November 10 by Deputy Justin Johnson for false imprisonment, aggravated assault and especially aggravated kidnapping.
Michael Mitchell, 26, 2015 Michael Drive, Johnson City, was arrested on November 11 by Deputy Thomas Hill on a warrant for failure to appear.

Samantha Benfield, 25, 131 Laurel Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on November 8 by EPD Officer Lance Peters for public intoxication.
Stacey Guinn, 112 South Watauga Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on November 9 by EPD Officer Aaron Bennett on an active warrant for failure to appear.
Jessica Green-Wellman, 30, 202 Old Lacy Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on November 10 by EPD Sgt. James Sexton on two outstanding warrants for failure to appear.
Cadden Caraway, 18, 101 Grape St., Linville, N.C., was arrested on November 10 by EPD Officer Aaron Bennett for public intoxication, unlawful drug paraphernalia and possession of Schedule VI.
James Watson, 58, 809 South Second St., Elizabethton, was arrested on November 6 by EPD Captain Buck for DUI, speeding, driving on a revoked license (third offense) and violation of implied consent.
