A Valentine’s Day silent auction and lunch will benefit the Elizabethton Senior Center. The event will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the senior center, 428 East G Street.

Tickets are $10 and are available at the center or at the door. Tickets include entry, a soup bean plate with fixings and slaw, cornbread, a dessert, and a drink.

People can also sponsor a senior’s ticket by calling the center at 543-4362. Items can also be donated for the auction.
