 The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:

• On April 18, Deputy Robbie Huskins responded to Wiseman’s, 6001 Unicoi Drive, in reference to a warrant service. Elizabeth Nicole Riddle was arrested for an active warrant for failure to appear. She was transported to the Carter County Detention Center without incident.
• On April 18, Deputy Jeff Winters met with a Sullivan County Deputy Sheriff to take Benjamin McMillian into custody on a warrant for failure to appear. Warrant service and transportation to the Carter County Detention Center were completed without incident.
• On April 18, Deputy Philip Tremblay responded to Watauga Road for a trespassing in progress and arrested Michael Gordon Vest for criminal trespass and felony reckless endangerment. He was transported to the Carter County Jail without incident.

• On April 17, Deputy Cory Locklear responded to a domestic disturbance on Blue Grass Road and arrested Christopher D. McClellan for active warrants for failure to appear, fraudulent use of a credit card, and identity theft. He was transported to the Carter County Detention Center without incident.
• On April 17, Deputy Heath Taylor was dispatched to Mill Pond Road for a warrant service and arrested Dallas James Hartley for failure to appear. He was transported to the Carter County Detention Center without incident.
• On April 17, Deputy Kevin Kemp took Tamala Ranae Ball into custody at the Greene County Detention Center due to an active warrant for failure to appear. She was transported to the Carter County Detention Center without incident.

• On April 16, Sgt. Robert Scott served an active violation of probation warrant on Kayla Arlene Mumford. She was transported to the Carter County Detention Center without incident.
• On April 16, Deputy Joshua Peters took custody of Ashley Nicole Harde from Washington County Sheriff’s Office and transported her to the Carter County Detention Center for an outstanding warrant for violation of probation.

• On April 15, Deputy Matthew Lyle responded to a 911 hang-up call and arrested Steven Jack Crain for aggravated domestic assault and interference with an emergency call. He was transported to the Carter County Detention Center without incident.
• On April 15, Deputy Justin Ludlow served a warrant service at the Carter County Detention Center and arrested Dale Benjamin Pearson for violation of order of protection.

• On April 14, Lt. Johnathan Blevins responded to a reckless driver report and arrested Gregorio Quiroz Jimenez for DUI and vandalism. He was transported to the Carter County Detention Center without incident.
• On April 14, Deputy Heath Taylor was dispatched to Woodlyn Road for a warrant service and arrested Matthew Clark for violation of probation.
• On April 14, Deputy Matthew Lyle was dispatched to Dan Cole Road for a trespasser and arrested Cody Shane Presnell for criminal trespass, public intoxication, assault on a first responder, and resisting arrest.
• On April 14, Lt. Johnathan Blevins met with Johnson City Police Department for a warrant service and arrested Rhonda J. Tinker for violation of probation.

• On April 13, Deputy Cory Locklear arrested Olivia C. Richardson for failure to appear. She was transported to the Carter County Detention Center without incident.
• On April 13, Deputy Robbie Huskins went to Willow Springs Road for a warrant service and arrested Ashley Jean Repass for violation of probation. She was transported to the Carter County Detention Center without incident.
