Florence Jane Hopkins, 76, of Elizabethton, passed away Monday, April 21, 2025, at her residence. She was born in Stearns, Kentucky, and had lived a number of years in Carter County.
Survivors include her husband, Dallas Charles Hopkins; and a brother, James Junior Barnett.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 30, 2025, in Mountain Home National Cemetery. Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. Everyone will meet at the cemetery at 10:45 a.m. Wednesday.
