The Elizabethton/Carter County Public Library is inviting community members to participate in a new monthly event, Front Porch Storytellers: A Sharing of Your Story or Song, on Saturday, Jan. 25, from 2 to 3:30 p.m. at the library, located at 201 N. Sycamore St. in Elizabethton.

This unique event offers participants the chance to share meaningful stories or songs in a supportive and intimate setting. The program is designed to continue the cherished tradition of storytelling while fostering connections among attendees.

Space is limited to 10 participants to ensure a small, welcoming group of storytellers, singers, and listeners without the pressure of performing for a large audience.
