Experienced restaurateur Troy Boane, founder of the celebrated Americano Steak House & Wine Bar in Roan Mountain, is set to open his next venture, Jackson’s Prime, in the spring of 2025. Located in the heart of historic Jonesborough, the dinner-only restaurant will offer a refined dining experience designed to complement the charm and character of Tennessee’s oldest town.

Lindsey and Troy Boane will be the sole owners of Jackson’s Prime, with Troy serving as the operating partner and general manager. With 38 years of experience in the restaurant industry, Boane has built a reputation for delivering exceptional food and service. His flagship restaurant, Americano Steak House & Wine Bar, has earned numerous local and national awards for its culinary excellence. Jackson’s Prime will reflect the same commitment to quality while bringing a fresh and elevated concept to Jonesborough.

Kelly Wolfe of Wolfe Development, which renovated the building that will house Jackson’s Prime, expressed his enthusiasm for the new restaurant. “Our company renovated this building in anticipation of eventually finding the perfect fine dining restaurant to complement downtown Jonesborough.
