Chayse Taylor helped the Jr. Cyclones build the lead in the first half as he dropped in eight points to help set the pace. Rylan Garland played a contributing hand as he totaled six points – all in the second period.

The Huskies were kept in the game by Hayes, who scored 12 of the 18 points recorded by the visitors in the opening 12 minutes of play.

Although the Jr. Cyclones came out a little sluggish offensively in the third quarter, putting only six points on their side of the scoreboard, the defense was solid enough to limit the Huskies to only seven.

Needing a big offensive comeback, Sullivan Heights had its own struggles in the final quarter, scoring only six points as T.A.D. added 11 more to its total to gain the final margin of victory.

Taylor finished with a game-high 15 points to lead the Jr. Cyclones, while Garland hit double figures with 12 points.

Max Fields ended his night with six points, with Eli Phillips chipping in with four points. Other Jr. Cyclone scorers included Anthony Orton, Trey Mathena, and Carson Lyons, each contributing a deuce apiece.

Hayes finished with a team-high 13 points to lead the Huskies. Davidson added six points for the Kingsport team.
