JOHNSON CITY – Johnson City Water and Sewer Services will perform maintenance on a 12-inch water line at 2406 N. Roan St. near the I-26 interchange beginning today, Dec. 12 at 10 p.m. Southbound lane closures will impact traffic at both I-26 on-ramps but they will remain open. Estimated lane closures will remain in place until Friday, Dec. 13 at 4 a.m. or until work is completed.

Motorists are asked to observe all posted signage and to avoid the construction area.

Drivers who cannot avoid the area should expect delays, use caution in the construction zone, and observe posted speed limits for their safety and the safety of workers.
