City of Elizabethton offices to close for Veterans Day; Garbage collection schedule adjusted

The City of Elizabethton offices will be closed Monday, Nov. 11, in observance of Veterans Day.
Garbage collection for the week of Nov. 11-15 will be adjusted as follows:
- Monday through Thursday collections will be one day late.
- Both Thursday and Friday collections will take place on Friday.
