The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:

October 19:

• Tyler Scott Lewis Tipton was arrested on active violation of probation warrants following a transfer from the Bristol Police Department. He was transported to the Carter County Detention Center without incident.
• Christopher Scott Dishman was taken into custody on one active failure to appear warrant and two violation of probation warrants. He was transported to the Carter County Detention Center without incident.

October 19:

• Patricia Lynn Patterson was arrested and charged with aggravated assault after allegedly striking Deidra McIntosh in the head with a piece of firewood during an altercation. Patterson was located, arrested, and transported to the Carter County Jail without incident.

October 20:

• Hunter James Gentry was arrested for domestic assault after an altercation with his wife, during which he admitted to shutting her head in a refrigerator door. He was transported to the Carter County Detention Center without incident.
• Jimmy Lynn Hill was arrested for domestic violence after threatening to burn down his father’s residence and kill him. Hill admitted to making the threats and was transported to the Carter County Detention Center without incident.

October 21:

• Dylan Kyle Milstead turned himself in at the Carter County Detention Center for a failure to appear warrant. He was taken into custody without incident.

October 22:

• Bernal Acosta Jhovany turned himself in on a failure to appear warrant and was taken into custody without incident.
• Megan Denys Cline was arrested at the Carter County Courthouse for a violation of probation warrant with a $25,000 bond. She was transported to the Carter County Detention Center without incident.
• Phillip Brandon Marlowe was arrested on two failure to appear warrants and transported to the Carter County Detention Center without incident.
• Brittany Nicole Nave was arrested on a failure to appear warrant and transported to the Carter County Detention Center without incident.
• David Lester Reece was arrested and charged with aggravated assault as domestic violence after allegedly assaulting his wife and threatening her with a pocket knife. He was taken into custody without incident, and a pocket knife was placed into evidence.

October 23:

• Allison Breana Harrison was arrested on a violation of probation warrant with a $25,000 bond. She was transported to the Carter County Detention Center without incident.
• Brandon Clarence Eklund was arrested on a violation of probation warrant and transported to the Carter County Detention Center without incident. He is being held without bond.
• Joshua Christopher Taylor was arrested on multiple violation of probation warrants and transported to the Carter County Detention Center with a $25,000 bond.

October 24:

• Patsy Ann Oliver turned herself in for a failure to appear warrant and was taken into custody without incident.
• Jason Andrew Fair was arrested on a vandalism warrant ($2,500 to $9,999) with a $10,000 straight bond. He was taken into custody and transported to the Carter County Detention Center without incident.
