Schedule of activities at the Elizabethton Senior Center, 428 East G Street, for the week of Monday, Oct. 28 – Friday, Nov. 1:

Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.; Friday: 8 a.m. – 12 noon.

The billiard room and fitness room are open and no appointments are necessary.

Monday: Just Keep Movin’ – Cardio – Toning – Strength Building – Group Led, 9 a.m.; Lunch – Spaghetti & Meat Sauce, 11 a.m.; Chair Yoga – Yoga Farm Instructor Shirley Gomillian, $3, 12:15 p.m.; Gentle Flow Yoga – Yoga Farm Instructor Cindy Brugnoletti, $3.

Tuesday: Tai Chi – Arthritis Program – UT Extension, 10 a.m.; Lunch – Oven Fried Chicken, 11 a.m.; Line Dancing – Instructor Shirley Pilk, $3, noon.

Wednesday: Just Keep Movin’ – Cardio – Toning – Strength Building – Group Led, 9 a.m.; Qigong with Adina, $3, 10 a.m.; Lunch – Hamburger, 11 a.m.; Chair Yoga – Yoga Farm Instructor Shirley Gomillian, $3, 12:15 p.m.; Gentle Flow Yoga – Yoga Farm Instructor Cindy Brugnoletti, $3.

Thursday: Brain-Body-Boost Fitness Class, Free, 10-11 a.m.; Lunch – Chili Mac Casserole, 11 a.m.; Fundraising Committee Meeting – Coffee and something sweet provided, 12:30 p.m.

Friday: Just Keep Movin’ – Cardio – Toning – Strength Building – Group Led, 9 a.m.; Let’s Play Bingo, 10 a.m.; Lunch – Grilled Chicken Breast, 11 a.m.
