Johnson City Public Works will mill and pave portions of South Roan Street from Buffalo Street to Quarry Road beginning Tuesday, Oct. 15. During construction, South Roan Street will have temporary lane closures impacting traffic daily between 7 a.m.-5 p.m. The estimated completion date is Friday, Oct. 25, or until related work is completed.

Drivers who cannot avoid the area should expect delays, use caution in the construction zone, and observe posted speed limits for their safety and the safety of workers.
