“New Way of Life,” a 12-step based, Open Recovery Meeting, will be held at noon at 413 East Elk Ave., Elizabethton.

The Still Waters Group of Alcoholics Anonymous will meet at 8 p.m. at 210 South Hills Drive, Elizabethton.

The Green Pastures Group of Alcoholics Anonymous will meet at 8 p.m. at 411 East Elk Ave., Elizabethton.

Boozy Creek Community Center, 1989 Shelleys Road, Bristol, Va., (276-466-0026) will hold a Fish and Chicken Feast at 4 p.m. Music will be provided by Bill Copas and Steel Creek from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Cathy Baker will be giving away lots of door prizes at 4:45 p.m. This meal includes traditional side dishes and a variety of desserts and drinks. Also, raffle tickets will be available for a special Henry Magnum rifle. Funds from the raffle are going into a much needed building fund. Last month the stove in the cooking area had to be replaced. TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) will meet at First Baptist Church, 212 East F St., Elizabethton. Weigh-in begins at 5:30-6:30 p.m. with the meeting starting at 6:45 p.m. Everyone is welcome to attend these meetings.
