August 23:

• Angelia Michelle Robinson was arrested on an active warrant for violation of community corrections. She was taken into custody at Sinking Creek Baptist Church and transported to the Carter County Detention Center.

August 24:

• Christopher Shannon Watson was charged with auto theft after being identified as the suspect in a vehicle theft incident on Hamilton Road. He was detained following a vehicle accident related to the theft and transported to the Carter County Detention Center.
• Dustin James Austin was arrested at Eastern Star Exit in Kingsport on an active warrant for three counts of forgery up to $1,000. He was transported to the Carter County Detention Center.
• Donna Gaye Young Sheppard-Higgins was arrested on Race Street on an active warrant for violation of community corrections. She was transported to the Carter County Detention Center and is being held without bond.

August 25:

• Joshua Tracey Lyn Wallace was arrested at his residence on Siam Road for failure to appear in a misdemeanor case. He was transported to the Carter County Detention Center.
• Justin Michael Lane was arrested at Wiseman’s on an active warrant for failure to appear issued by Carter County Juvenile Court. He was transported to the Carter County Detention Center.
• Samuel Matthew Johnson was taken into custody at Southwest Virginia Regional Jail in Abingdon, Va., on a violation of probation warrant. He was transported to the Carter County Detention Center.
• Nikki Nichole Bates was arrested at the CCI Probation Office on an outstanding warrant for violation of probation. She was transported to the Carter County Detention Center.

August 27:

• Lorie Beth Price turned herself in on an active warrant for violation of probation and was booked into the Carter County Detention Center.
• Steven Michael Church was taken into custody at Sinking Creek Baptist Church on a violation of probation warrant. He was transported to the Carter County Detention Center.

August 28:

• Timothy Allen Hyder was arrested at Wiseman’s on a failure to appear warrant. He was transported to the Carter County Detention Center.
• Kaci D. Heaton was arrested at Wiseman’s on an active warrant for failure to appear issued by Carter County General Sessions Court. She was transported to the Carter County Detention Center.
• Enoch Paul Taylor was taken into custody at Wiseman’s on a failure to appear warrant out of General Sessions Court. He was transported to the Carter County Detention Center.
• Nathan Covey was charged with domestic violence after a physical altercation at his residence on Archway Court. He was identified as the primary aggressor and was transported to the Carter County Detention Center.
• Jalyn B. Gill was arrested on Bristol Highway for public intoxication after displaying erratic behavior and attempting to flee from deputies. He was transported to the Carter County Detention Center.
• David Jerold Milberger was taken into custody at Sinking Creek Baptist Church on a violation of probation warrant and was transported to the Carter County Detention Center.
• Jessica B. Smallwood turned herself in at the Carter County Detention Center on an active warrant for a presentment.

August 29:

• Travis J. Marsh was arrested on two active warrants for failure to appear and violation of probation. He turned himself into the Carter County Detention Center.
• Tara Beth Carden was taken into custody on Elizabethton Highway on a warrant for violation of community corrections. She was transported to the Carter County Detention Center.
