The Elizabethton/Carter County Chamber of Commerce announced the grand opening of Stowaway Self Storage at 1025 Over Mountain Drive in Elizabethton. A ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place on Friday, Aug. 16, at 10 a.m.
Stowaway Self Storage is a fully climate-controlled facility offering 24/7 access to its large and secure storage units. The facility is equipped with security cameras, pest control, and fire sprinklers to ensure the safety of customers’ belongings.
“We’re very excited to open our newest location in Elizabethton. As a family-owned and operated local small business here in East Tennessee for over 40 years, we know how special this city is and the sense of community it shares. The reception from the local community, both during our construction and since we’ve opened, has been tremendous, and we look forward to serving the Betsy community for years to come,” said Wes Allen, founder and managing partner.
“We are thrilled to welcome our new friends at Stowaway Self Storage to our community. If you’re moving, doing home improvement, or just need a safe and clean space to store your items, stop by and see them,” said Joy McCray, Elizabethton/Carter County Chamber of Commerce executive director.
The first 50 customers will receive 50% off the first three months of storage. For information on available units and to take advantage of grand opening deals, visit stowawaytn.com.
