The Elizabethton Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying an individual suspected of shoplifting from the Lowe’s store in Elizabethton on multiple occasions in July 2024. Photos of the suspect have been released, and anyone who recognizes the individual is urged to come forward.
