Shirley Lucille Arnett, 63, of Elizabethton, Tenn., passed away on Monday, July 15, 2024, at Johnson City Medical Center. Shirley was born June 13, 1961 to the late Dallas and Pansey Roberson Arnett. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Kennith Arnett, Cecil Arnett and Robert Arnett, and one sister, Linda Arnett.

Shirley was a homemaker and had attended Immanuel Baptist Church.

Those left to remember Shirley include her sister, Mariannia McKinney and husband James.
