There is no denying it that one of the best days of the week is Friday as it marks the end of a work week for many bringing on a time to be with family and friends on the weekend.
During the summer, the first Friday of each month is made more special in downtown Elizabethton as First Fridays are sponsored by Main Street Elizabethton and provide an opportunity for families to enjoy time exploring boutiques, and vintage shops.
Also, music is provided for an evening of enjoyment while food trucks provide the opportunity to treat mom or that special lady to an evening out without the worries of having to cook a meal for the family.
Bingo cards are available each First Friday to present at any Zone or participating business where the card can be completed and entered into a drawing for prizes.
