On June 2, 2024, Vivian Mae Cole, Roan Mountain, Tenn., passed away in Corpus Christi, Texas. Vivian was born on April 18, 1953, to Joyce Cole and the late William H Cole.

Vivian loved her family and friends fiercely and her friendship and giving did not go unnoticed. Vivian was always willing to help anyone in need. She loved to cook, canning, and showing love to those around her.

In addition to being preceded in death by her father, William H. Cole, her brother, William “Danny” Cole, passed in November 2023.

She is survived by her loving husband and best friend, Benny Cole; a daughter, Shelley Cole; a son, Benny J Cole and wife Susana; two precious grandchildren, Patricia Tan and Rob Anelle; her mother, Joyce Cole; sisters, Gail Markland and Bobbie Chambers (Ed); brother, James Cole; sister-in-law, Gwendolyn Cole; and several nieces and nephews.

Vivian’s wish was to be cremated. The family will honor her privately as was her request.
