Jr. Cyclone Football and Jr. Cyclone Cheer will be hosting sign-ups every Saturday in June through July 13th from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the EHS Citizens Bank Stadium. Practices are set to commence the week of July 15th.

Tackle Football

• Age Groups: Mighty Mites (4-6), Grasscutters (7-8), Jr. Pee Wee (9-11)
• Requirements: Black pants, cleats, and mouthpiece(s)
• Provided Gear: Helmet, shoulder pads, and game jersey
• Note: 11-year-olds must show proof they are in the 5th grade.

Flag Football

• Boys Ages: 4-6
• Girls Ages: 5-11

Dual Participation Cheerleaders interested in playing flag football can participate at a discounted rate.

Cost

• $80.00 for flag and tackle football and cheerleading (cash only)
• Sibling discount: $80 for the first child and $70 for each additional child.
• Dual participation discount: $80 for cheer and $70 for flag football, totaling $150.

Sibling Placement Siblings will be placed on the same color team unless otherwise specified by a parent or guardian. For example, if a brother plays for team orange, the sister who cheers will also be placed on team orange. However, there is no guarantee siblings will be at the same location unless they play and cheer for the same age group.

Cheerleading

• Sign-Up Deadline: June 29th, followed by a fitting day for uniforms.
• Cost: $80 with the same sibling discount as football.

The mission of Jr. Cyclone Football is to teach youngsters introductory and fundamental football skills in a fun and nurturing environment while maintaining age-appropriate and educationally/psychologically sound objectives of athletic participation.
