Johnson City man arrested for second-degree murder in stabbing incident

JOHNSON CITY — On May 26, at approximately 3 a.m., officers of the Johnson City Police Department responded to a reported stabbing at a home in Heritage Park, located at 2701 S. Roan St. Upon arrival, officers found a deceased male inside the residence.
The investigation revealed that Jamie Estuardo-Castinadas, 28, also known as Jamie Estuardo-Lopez, stabbed the victim. Officers arrested Estuardo-Castinadas and transported him to the Washington County Detention Center. He is charged with second-degree murder.
Investigators are awaiting identification confirmation before releasing the name of the victim. The case remains under investigation.
