Elizabethton Police report multiple arrests

The following arrests have been reported by the Elizabethton Police Department:
- On May 5, Officer Rocky Croy responded to a report of an intoxicated female at 508 Broad Street (El Charolais). Teresa McMichael was found intoxicated and walking on Highway 19-E. Due to her high level of intoxication, she was arrested for public intoxication.
- On May 5, Officer Matthew Goldberg investigated a suspicious vehicle on Allen Avenue. Austin Vanhoy was found near the scene and appeared to be under the influence. After refusing to perform sobriety tests, he was arrested for driving under the influence.
- On May 5, Officer Matthew Goldberg responded to a welfare check on Blueridge Avenue. Michael Joe Woodby was found intoxicated near the Tweetsie Trail and arrested for public intoxication.
- On May 5, Officer Matthew Goldberg arrested Brandy Kay Nave at 704 Broad Street (Gas-N-Go) for public intoxication after she exhibited signs of intoxication and erratic behavior.
- On May 5, Officer Matthew Scott responded to Stonewall Jackson Drive to investigate a suspicious person. Erica Dawn Grafton was arrested for disorderly conduct, public intoxication, and resisting stop/arrest after exhibiting aggressive behavior towards officers.
- On May 3, Officer Erin Potter arrested Preston Bradley Queen for public intoxication after he was found intoxicated and belligerent near Riverview Drive and Siam Road.
- On May 3, Officer Erin Potter transported Gregory Walsh to the Carter County Detention Center for active failure to appear warrants out of Carter County Juvenile Court.
- On May 2, Officer Spencer Ward arrested Patrick Lynn Kelly for illegal install and track of a vehicle after he admitted to tampering with a vehicle’s tires and installing a tracking device without permission.
- On May 2, Officer Matthew Scott issued a citation to Anthony Shane Johnson for falsification of a drug test after he attempted to provide a false sample.
- On May 2, Sgt. David Johnson issued a criminal summons to Savanna Leigh Cable for driving without a license and failure to comply with financial responsibility after observing her operating a vehicle without a license.
Note: All arrestees are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
