Women’s self-defense class scheduled April 6 at library

A Women’s Self-Defense Class will be at the Elizabethton-Carter County Public Library Saturday, April 6, at 2 p.m.
The two-hour class will offer instruction on tactics for women to help defend themselves in various situations.
The class will be limited to 16 participants, ages 16 and older.
Persons can register for the class at the library desk or call 547-6360 to reserve a spot. Admission is free.
Participants are asked to wear fitting clothes with no jewelry.
