Johnson City police arrested James Cole, 48, and Coltin Gregg, 30, both of Johnson City, on March 16 and charged them with burglary. Officers responded to a suspicious person call at an unoccupied home on Faith Circle around 2:30 a.m. on the aforementioned date and discovered a burglary in progress. Cole and Gregg were found inside the residence and subsequently taken into custody. Both individuals were transported to the Washington County Detention Center.
