JOHNSON CITY — Glen W. Hicks, 49, of Erwin, was arrested by officers of the Johnson City Police Department on Feb. 20, on the charge of aggravated assault.
The arrest followed an investigation into a report of suspicious persons and a disturbance in the back parking lot of 2316 Browns Mill Road. According to police, the victim and witnesses reported that Hicks had threatened the victim with a gun.
Hicks was subsequently transported to the Washington County Detention Center.
