The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:

• February 14: 
  • Deputy Kevin Kemp arrested Herbert Allen Regalado at the Washington County Detention Center on an active warrant from the General Sessions Court of Carter County for violation of probation. Regalado was transported to the Carter County Detention Center without incident.
• February 13: 
  • Lt. Christopher Peek took custody of Christopher Lloyd Owens at the intersection of Highway 19E and Bunker Hill Road from the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office. Owens had an active warrant for failure to appear from the Carter County General Sessions Court. He was transported to the Carter County Detention Center.
  • Sgt. Tyler Holsclaw and Deputy Dykes responded to an assault report on Davis Hollow Road. The claimed assault by Shannon L. Sheets was found unfounded, and Sheets was found with an active arrest warrant for failure to appear. Sheets was arrested and taken to the Carter County Detention Center.
  • Deputy Jeff Winters took Julie H. Whitehead into custody at the Washington County Tennessee Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for failure to appear from the General Sessions Court of Carter County.
  • Captain Daniel Kneaskern, Lt. Justin Burchfield and Deputy Matthew Lyle arrested Richard Scott Smalling on an active warrant for violation of probation.
• February 11 
  • Deputy Heath Taylor arrested David Matthew Luckett at Barnett’s Guns for a warrant out of Carter County Chancery Court for contempt.
  • Deputy Heath Taylor arrested Sara Leann Julian for a warrant from Carter County General Sessions Court for violation of probation.
  • Deputy Cory Locklear and Deputy D. McCloud arrested Brandon Clarence Eklund for violation of probation.
• February 9 
  • Deputy Heath Taylor, Sgt. Johnson and Deputy Bemiller arrested Stephen Campbell for a warrant out of Carter County General Sessions Court for domestic assault and interference with a 911 call.
  • Deputy Zachary Whaley took Scott Allen Bunker into custody at Sinking Creek Baptist Church for violation of probation from Carter County General Sessions Court.
  • Lt. Justin Burchfield and Deputy Matthew Lyle took Crystal Marie Peterson-Maple into custody for failure to appear from Carter County General Sessions Court.
• February 7
  • Gregory Lynn Carnett was transported to the Carter County Detention Center from Bunker Hill Road on multiple warrants from Carter County.
  • Lori Ann Gobble turned herself in at the Carter County Detention Center for outstanding warrants.
  • Anthony Ted Mullins was taken into custody by Deputy Ronald Goins from the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.
  • Deputy Jerry Dykes and Deputy Jared Shelton arrested Howard A. Weaver Jr. for violation of probation.
• February 6
  • Brandon M. Ingram turned himself in on a warrant for violation of probation and was transported to the Carter County Detention Center.
  • David Riddle was arrested for violation of probation.
  • Deputy Ronald Goins arrested Rebecca Anna Sue Clawson for public intoxication.
  • Deputy Jeff Winters arrested Dillion Shane Ferguson at the Sullivan County Tennessee Detention Center for violation of probation.
