The Elizabethton/Carter County Chamber of Commerce will host a joint ribbon cutting with Main Street Elizabethton on Friday, Feb. 2, at 1 p.m. to celebrate the renovation of “The Elk.” Owned by Magnolia Manor Properties, this historic building has received a beautiful refurbishment.
“We are excited to share with the Elizabethton community our latest renovation located in the Historical and picturesque downtown Covered Bridge location. ‘The Elk’ will provide commercial spaces on the first floor and newly renovated short-term rentals for travelers to the Elizabethton area on the second floor,” said Scott and Tiffany Riddle, owners of Magnolia Manor Properties.
“Scott and Tiffany have hit the ground running by getting The Elk renovated and ready for business and guests. We love having them be part of the growth and development of our community!” said Joy McCray, Elizabethton/Carter County Chamber of Commerce Executive Director.
“We are so excited for Magnolia Manor Properties to be a part of our downtown community! They have such a passion and love for the district. They have already elevated it in such a short amount of time, we cannot wait to see the growth and impact they will have on our community,” said Courtney Bean, Main Street Elizabethton Director.
