On December 23, around 4 a.m., Johnson City Police Department officers arrested Brian Fuller Jr., a 30-year-old resident of Johnson City, on charges of rape. The victim reported the incident occurring on December 22. During interviews with police investigators, Fuller admitted to the crime.
Following his arrest, Fuller was taken to the Washington County Detention Center. A bond of $7,500 was set in relation to the charges against him.
