The following arrests have been reported by the Elizabethton Police Department:
November 26
Charlie Talmage Wells Jr., Arrested for Violation of Probation: Responding to a disorderly person call at Summit Ave., officers discovered Wells Jr. had an outstanding warrant from Greene County and took him into custody without incident.
Stephanie M. Scott, Charged for Driving Violations: Intercepted a vehicle on East Mill St., identifying it through the Flock Camera System as having a stolen plate. Scott, the driver, faced multiple charges, including possession of stolen property and driving on a suspended license.
Chad L. Davis, Arrested for Failure to Appear: Davis, having an active warrant, was located at his residence, arrested, and transported to the Carter County Sheriff’s Office.
November 25
Justin Matthew Roberts, Arrested for Public Intoxication: Responded to a welfare check at 920 Broad St. Roberts, exhibiting signs of intoxication and belligerent behavior, was arrested and taken to the Carter County Detention Center.
Alishia Gail Gilland, Arrested for DUI: Stopped a speeding vehicle on Highway 67. Gilland, exhibiting signs of impairment and with a revoked license, was arrested for DUI (second offense), among other charges.
November 23
Robert Jacob Ray, Arrested for Drug Violations: Responded to an armed subject call at Exxon Mobile and found Ray in possession of a stolen vehicle. Ray faced charges related to drug paraphernalia and drug violations for resale.
November 22
Brittany Renee Coleman, Arrested for Probation Violation: Located Coleman at Zoomers during a warrant service. She was arrested for violating probation and found in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Kara Michelle Austin, Arrested for Public Intoxication: Investigated a theft report at the Carter County Sheriff’s Office. Austin, showing signs of intoxication and agitation, was arrested and taken into custody.
James Edward Riley, Arrested for DUI: Responded to a motor vehicle crash and found Riley displaying signs of intoxication. Riley was arrested for DUI (first offense) and drivers to exercise due care.
