Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.; Friday: 8 a.m. – 12 noon.
The billiard room and fitness room are open and no appointments necessary.
Monday: Balance, Toning & Strengthening – Gerihab Mobile – K.C., Free, 9:15 a.m.; Lunch – Salisbury Steak with Gravy, 11 a.m.; Chair Yoga – Yoga Farm, with Instructor, Shirley Gomillian, $3, 12:15-1:15 p.m.; Gentle Flow – Yoga Farm with Instructor, Cindy Brugnolett, $3, 1:30-2:30 p.m.
Tuesday: Matter of Balance, UT Extension Office, 9:30-11 a.m.; Lunch – Chicken Pot Pie, 11 a.m.; Line Dancing with Sharon Pilk, 12-2 p.m., $3.
Wednesday: Just Keep Movin’ – Cardio, Toning, Strength Building, Free, 9-10 a.m.; Tie Dye Craft – Bring your own clothing item to Tie Dye, one per person, Free, 9-11 a.m.; Lunch – Breaded Fish with Tartar Sauce, 11 a.m.; Chair Yoga, 12:15-1:15 p.m., with Instructor, Shirley Gomillian, $3; Gentle-flow Yoga, 1:30-2:30 p.m., with Instructor, Cindy Brugnolett, $3.

Grandparents Raising Grandchildren – Are you raising a grandchild or even a great-grandchild? Grandparents Raising Grandchildren meets on the last Tuesday of every month at 10 a.m. at the Elizabethton Senior Center. Next meeting is Tuesday, Aug. 29. You can find support and resource connection!
The Elizabethton Senior Center is partnering with Caris Healthcare to begin holding a monthly Veterans Support Group. All veterans are welcome! Meetings will be held on the second Thursday of the month! The upcoming meeting will be Thursday, Sept. 14, from 1-2 p.m. – Donuts and coffee provided!
REMINDER: Street signs with reflective numbers are still available at the Center for a cost of $5. These are provided at this discount price through our SALT Council. Make sure you can be located in case of an emergency.
