Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.; Friday: 8 a.m. – 12 noon.
The billiard room and fitness room are open and no appointments necessary.
Monday: Balance, Toning & Strengthening – Gerihab Mobile – K.C., Free, 9:15 a.m.; Melody Hour – Bring an instrument or join and listen, 10 a.m.; Lunch – Spaghetti & Meat Sauce, 11 a.m.; Chair Yoga – Yoga Farm, with Instructor, Shirley Gomillian, $3, 12:15-1:15 p.m.; Gentle Flow – Yoga Farm with Instructor, Cindy Brugnolett, $3, 1:30-2:30 p.m.
Tuesday: Boys & Girls Club Reading Program, 10 a.m.; Lunch – Egg Patty, 11 a.m.; Line Dancing, 12-2 p.m., with Instructor, Sharon Pilk, $3.
Wednesday: Just Keep Movin’ – Cardio, Toning, Strength Building, Free, 9-10 a.m.; Eat Well, Feel Well – 6 Week Course provided by UT Extension, 10 a;.m.; Lunch – Chicken Philly with Peppers & Onions, 11 a.m.; Chair Yoga, 12:15-1:15 p.m., with Instructor, Shirley Gomillian, $3; Gentle-flow Yoga, 1:30-2:30 p.m., with Instructor, Cindy Brugnolett, $3.
Thursday: Sliced Ham with Mayo and Mustard, 11 a.m,; Vet – 2 – Vet Cafe – Sponsored by Caris Healthcare, 1-2 p.m. All Veterans in the community are welcome to attend! Donuts and Coffee provided!
Friday: Let’s Play Bingo with Special Host Christian Assisted Living, 10 a.m.; Lunch – Chili Mac Casserole, 11 a.m.

Grandparents Raising Grandchildren – Are you raising a grandchild or even a great-grandchild? Grandparents Raising Grandchildren meets on the last Tuesday of every month at 10 a.m. at the Elizabethton Senior Center. Next meeting is July 25 at 10 a.m. You can find support and resource connection!
The Elizabethton Senior Center is partnering with Caris Healthcare to begin holding a monthly Veterans Support Group. All veterans are welcome! Meetings will be held on the second Thursday of the month! The upcoming meeting will be July 13 from 1-2 p.m. – Coffee and Snack!
REMINDER: Street signs with reflective numbers are still available at the Center for a cost of $5. These are provided at this discount price through our SALT Council. Make sure you can be located in case of an emergency.
