The Elizabethton-Carter County Animal Shelter (ECCAS) will be holding an evening adoption event on Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. The shelter is well over capacity and is hoping to find homes for the many cats, dogs, kittens and puppies now available.
Adult dogs and cats: $25
Puppies: $60 (vet reference required)
Kittens: $50 (vet reference required)
