Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.; Friday: 8 a.m. – 12 noon.

The billiard room and fitness room are open and no appointments necessary.

Monday: Balance, Toning & Strengthening with Gerihab Mobile – K.C., Free, 8:30 a.m.; Game Hour – Do you play cards? Want a puzzle partner?, 10 a.m.; Lunch – Country Style Steak, 11 a.m.; Chair Yoga, 12:15-1:15 p.m., with Instructor, Shirley Gomillian, $3; Gentle-flow Yoga, 1:30-2:30 p.m., with Instructor, Cindy Brugnolett, $3; *****Elder Abuse Awareness Bingo Night***** 5-7 p.m. Speaker, prizes, food and refreshments! Wear Purple!

Tuesday: Walk With Ease Program, 9 a.m.; Boys & Girls Club Reading Program, 10 a.m.; Lunch – Chicken Spaghetti, 11 a.m.; Line Dancing, 12-2 p.m., with Instructor, Sharon Pilk, $3.

Wednesday: Just Keep Movin’ – Cardio, Toning, Strength Building, Free, 9-10 a.m.; Melody Hour – Bring an instrument or join in to listen, 10 a.m.; Lunch – Meatball Sub with Mozzarella Cheese, 11 a.m.; Chair Yoga, 12:15-1:15 p.m., with Instructor, Shirley Gomillian, $3; Gentle-flow Yoga, 1:30-2:30 p.m., with Instructor, Cindy Brugnolett, $3.

Thursday: Walk with Ease Program, 9 a.m.; Lunch – Sliced Ham, 11 a.m.; Fundraising Committee Meeting with Coffee and Donuts, noon.

Friday: Let’s Play Bingo with Beth – Prizes and fun, 10 a.m.; Lunch – Oven Fried Chicken, 11 a.m.

Grandparents Raising Grandchildren – Are you raising a grandchild or even a great-grandchild? Grandparents Raising Grandchildren meets on the last Tuesday of every month at 10 a.m. at the Elizabethton Senior Center. Next meeting is June 27 at 10 a.m. You can find support and resource connection!

The Elizabethton Senior Center is partnering with Caris Healthcare to begin holding a monthly Veterans Support Group. All veterans are welcome! Meetings will be held on the second Thursday of the month! The upcoming meeting will be July 13 from 1-2 p.m. – Coffee and Snack!

REMINDER: Street signs with reflective numbers are still available at the Center for a cost of $5. These are provided at this discount price through our SALT Council. Make sure you can be located in case of an emergency.
