Lady Cyclones Basketball to host “Bounce into Summer” event

The Lady Cyclones Basketball program is hosting a family oriented, fun event on Saturday, May 27, 2023, at Citizens Bank Stadium in Elizabethton entitled “Bounce into Summer.” The event will feature inflatables, games, music, a dunk tank, food trucks and face painting. Admission is free for the event and tickets will be available for purchase to the individual attractions. The event will run from 10 am-5 pm and will be fun for all ages.

Regina May is serving as event coordinator as she shared some of the particulars, “there will be two giant obstacle courses, bouncy houses, a dump truck slide and a giant inflatable wrecking ball where players can face off against each other while swinging a giant wrecking ball, it be so much fun.” May shared that the dunking tank will feature local community members and Lady Cyclones Basketball team members. Ticket gates will open at 9:30 am. Food trucks will include Taco 51, Sideshow Station Concession, Magnolia Bakery, Tri-City Smoke Show, and the Tin Can Diner. May shared her hope for this event “The Lady Cyclones Center Court Club and players hope to create a very fun annual community event that the public looks forward to.” All proceeds will help the Lady Cyclones Basketball team attend summer camps and seasonal tournaments.
