The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:
Brent Dean Lewis was arrested on March 13 by CCSO Cpl. Nicholas Kerns on a warrant for failure to appear.
Ryan Keith Oliver was arrested on March 13 by CCSO Deputy Joshua Peters for resisting stop/arrest and a warrant for failure to appear.
David Scott Graybeal was arrested on March 13 by CCSO Deputy Jared Shelton on a warrant for violation of probation.
Robert Edward Winters was arrested on March 13 by CCSO Sgt. Justin Burchfield on a warrant for violation of probation.
Christopher M. Henry was arrested on March 14 by CCSO Deputy Jared Shelton for DUI (first offense), possession of methamphetamine, and possession of legend drugs without a prescription.
Paul Michael Brown was arrested on March 14 by CCSO Sgt. Robert Scott on a warrant for violation of probation.
William Robert Kelly Bouton was arrested on March 15 by CCSO Sgt. Robert Scott on a warrant for violation of probation.
