The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:
Jessie C. Estep was arrested on March 8 by CCSO Sgt. Justin Johnson for public intoxication and resisting stop/arrest.
Frank James Winters was arrested on March 10 by CCSO Deputy Jeffrey Winters on a warrant for violation of probation.
Dwayne Anthony Ellwood Sr. was arrested on March 10 by CCSO Deputy Tyler Holsclaw for driving while revoked (second offense), and failure to have two headlights on vehicles.
David Nicholas Fulwiler was arrested on March 10 by CCSO Deputy Robbie Huskins on a warrant for violation of probation.
Austin Ryan Warrick was arrested on March 10 by CCSO Deputy Robbie Huskins on a warrant for vandalism over $1,000.
Michael Keith Lamb was arrested on March 11 by CCSO Deputy Jared Shelton on warrants for violation of probation and failure to appear.
Timothy Gregory Maine was arrested on March 11 by CCSO Deputy Brett Butler for domestic assault/simple assault and simple possession or casual exchange.
Cristian Claros was arrested on March 11 by CCSO Deputy Donovan Bemiller for DUI (first offense) and no driver’s license.
Scott A. Bunker was arrested on March 12 by CCSO Sgt. Robert Scott for aggravated assault.
Jeffery Martin McLaughlin was arrested on March 12 by CCSO Deputy Cory Locklear on a warrant for violation of probation.
Kyle Jacob Padua was arrested on March 12 by CCSO Deputy Jared Shelton on a warrant for failure to appear.

Kevin Nordyke was arrested on March 9 by EPD Officer Spencer Ward for DUI (second offense), driving while revoked (first offense), speeding, driving on roadways laned for traffic, and a warrant for violation of probation.
William A Clemons was arrested on March 11 by EPD Officer Samuel Woodby for DUI (first offense), violation of the implied consent law, driving on roadways laned for traffic, and open container.
