Water service to be impacted Monday morning along Elk Avenue in Elizabethton

Residents and businesses on Elk Avenue in Elizabethton from South Lynn Ave. to Holly Lane will be impacted by utility work on Monday morning, Feb. 20, as Summers-Taylor will be relocating two sections of water line.
Water service will not be available until the work is completed sometime later in the day.
