The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:
Julie H. Whitehead was arrested on November 29 by CCSO Deputy Thomas Hill on a warrant for failure to appear.
Sylvia L. Reece was arrested on November 30 by CCSO Sgt. Christopher Peek on a warrant for failure to appear.
Michael Dustin Mannis was arrested on November 30 by CCSO Lt. Travis Ludlow on warrants for violation of probation and failure to appear.
Jackie Harless was arrested on November 30 by CCSO Lt. Christopher Reichenbach for DUI (second offense), simple possession, and driving while revoked.
Aaron Benjamin Carpenter was arrested on December 1 by CCSO Deputy Dennis Brown on warrants for violation of probation and failure to appear.
