CCYBL kicks off season with a jamboree

Carter County Youth Basketball League kicked off its season Saturday with a Jamboree. The schools that hosted the games were Central, Hunter and Keenburg, with 21 games and 38 teams participating. Star Photographer Tyler Scalf was present at Central Elementary School to share the action with Star readers. The CCYBL is made up of 43 teams, not counting cheerleading squads, from Central, Keenburg, Hunter, Unaka, Valley Forge, Hampton, Little Milligan and Cloudland.
