JoAnn Range Perry, 80, Bluff City, passed away Tuesday, October 11, 2022, at Signature Health Center.
A native of Carter County, she was a daughter of the late Luther and Josephine Hoss Range.
JoAnn was a graduate of Elizabethton High School. She was a former employee of the Bemberg Corporation and retired from North American Rayon Corporation. She loved to go camping and fishing.
JoAnn was a member of Bunker Hill Christian Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Jackie Range, L.A. Range and Lewis Younce.
Survivors include her husband, Earl Perry; two sons, Mark (Sandy) Davis and Carl J. Bowers, both of Elizabethton; her step-children, Kim Perry, Robert Perry and Kip (Elizabeth) Perry; one brother, Jerry (Sandra) Range, Elizabethton; seven grandchildren, Heath Perry, Hunter Perry, Shelby Perry, Anthony Davis, Jamie Parlier, Caleb Metros and Dylan Richardson; and three great-grandchildren, Adrianna Davis, Kayden Parlier and Ethan Holtsclaw. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, October 15, at Memorial Funeral Chapel with Mr. Grant Foster, minister, officiating. Interment will follow at Happy Valley Memorial Park. Active pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. The family would like to express a special thank you to the staff of Signature Health, Dr. Vivian Clark and Susan Mercado.
