Rittertown Baptist
Rittertown Baptist Church, Hampton, will have spring revival beginning Sunday at the 11 a.m. service and continuing nightly through April 13.
Services will begin at 7 p.m. and will feature Skip Youngcourt as evangelist.
The Rev. Richard Stout is pastor.
Chinquapin Grove
Chinquapin Grove Baptist Church, Bluff City, will have an Easter Celebration Resurrection Walk at its youth center Saturday, April 16, at 10 a.m.
A sunrise service will be held at the youth center Easter Sunday at 7 a.m. Sunday School is at 10 a.m. and morning worship at 10:30 a.m.
The Rev. Jamie Ferguson is pastor.
Siam Baptist
A sunrise service will be held at 7 a.m. Easter Sunday at Siam Baptist Church.
At the 11 a.m. worship service, the choir will present the musical “God So Loved The World.”
Borderview Christian
Borderview Christian Church, 1338 Bristol Highway, will celebrate the Easter weekend with three events.
A Good Friday Service at 7 p.m. April 15 will remember the cross of Christ with a special worship service with video, readings, and music. The Adult Choir Ministry will present “The Day He Wore My Crown” with solos by Tia Sams and Ray Don Markland.
Saturday, April 16, there will be an egg hunt and cake walk with activities scheduled from 10 a.m. to 12 noon.
Easter Sunday at 10:45 a.m. the congregation will celebrate the Resurrection with a repeat of the musical “The Day He Wore My Crown” with worship aimed at the empty tomb.
The public is cordially invited to attend any or all of these services. Scott Fisher is the senior minister and Sallie Biles is the youth director.
Carter Christian
Carter Christian Church, located at 1765 Highway 91, Stoney Creek, will have a community-wide Good Friday Service April 15 at 7 p.m.

First Christian
First Christian Church, Elizabethton, will have both an in-person and live radio service Sunday at 9:45 a.m. The radio service will be held in the church parking lot.
The worship service will be posted to Facebook at 8 p.m. Sunday.
Wednesday night Bible Study will be at 6 p.m. A study on Baptism is currently being done.
Everyone is invited.
Maundy Thursday service
A special Maundy Thursday service will be held April 14 at 6 p.m. at First United Methodist Church, Elizabethton. The congregation will be joined by members of First Baptist Church and First Christian Church as they remember the last supper of Jesus.
During the service, there is a re-enactment of the Last Summer. The Maundy Thursday service with community is an Easter tradition at First United Methodist. Last year, the service was postponed due to COVID.
Palm Sunday will be celebrated Sunday, April 10, at the 10 a.m. worship service at First United Methodist.
A sunrise service will be held in the Memory Garden at 7 a.m. Easter Sunday.
The cross, which is usually on the porch of First United Methodist Church, will be moved to the garden area in front of the church and the community along with the congregation is invited to decorate it with fresh flowers. The flowers may be brought to the cross Saturday before Easter or on Easter Sunday.
Hunter Memorial
Hunter Memorial Baptist Church will have a sunrise service Easter Sunday at 8 a.m. followed by breakfast at 9 a.m.
Communion will be served at the 11 a.m. service.

First Presbyterian
First Presbyterian Church, 119 W. F St., Elizabethton, will have both an in-person and online service at the 11 a.m. service Sunday.
The pastor, the Rev. Dr. Brian Wyatt, will present the sermon “Two Parades” based on Luke 19: 28-40.
Adult Forum and the Youth Group will meet in person Sunday. Also, Adult Forum, Wednesday Meditation and Thursdays with Jesus will meet online this week.
