Search underway for shooting suspect south of Milligan College

A search is underway in the VIP Road area of Carter County for a shooting suspect according to the Carter County Sheriff’s Department.
The shooter is described as a man around 5’8 with blue eyes and a skinny build wearing a camouflage mask.
The sheriff’s department is advising people living around the area to stay inside as the man may be armed and dangerous.
