The Watauga Valley Art League Winterfest Exhibition and Sale will open Nov. 21 at Sycamore Shoals State Park and continue through Dec. 5.
Art is on display inside the Visitor Center in the Gathering Room.
The exhibition and sale begins with a reception with great opportunities for holiday shopping.
Artwork from the league will remain on display during regular park hours.
The Watauga Valley Art League has 100 plus members in the northeastern counties of Tennessee. Its mission is to encourage artists and promote public interest in fine art through education, networking and fellowship among its artists. WVAL membership consists of art teachers, professionals, hobbyists, amateurs and some who just love art. The League has monthly informational programs and demonstrations, sponsors member art exhibits, has a free video Art Library, and participates in community service art projects.
