According to a press release received from Dean Blevins, president of TCAT Elizabethton, the mask mandate will expire this Sunday, Oct. 31, however the college will continue to monitor infection rates and positive case counts within the college community in the future. Blevins asks that social distancing continue when inside college campus facilities.
