New Liberty Free Will
The Rev. Nick Colbaugh, Pastor of New Liberty Free Will Baptist Church, invites everyone to attend a special family event during the 11 a.m. worship service Sunday when newborn baby McKenna Jo Holtsclaw will be dedicated to the Lord following the baptism of her mother, Sarah Michelle Holtsclaw. She is also the daughter of Josh Wilford.
Family and friends are encouraged to attend in support of this special mother and daughter event.
New Liberty Free Will Baptist is located at 113 Peters Hollow Road near the Stoney Creek Volunteer Fire Department.

First Presbyterian
First Presbyterian Church, Elizabethton, will have an online worship service Sunday, Oct. 24, at 11 a.m.
The pastor, the Rev. Dr. Brian Wyatt, will present the sermon “Are You Paying Attention?” based on Ezk. 47: 1-12.
Youth and Adult Forums, Wednesday Meditation, and Thursdays With Jesus will all meet online this week.

First Christian
First Christian Church, Elizabethton, offers an in-person worship service as well as live radio service on 90.5 FM on Sunday morning. Both services are at 9:45 a.m. The radio service is in the church parking lot.
The morning worship service is posted to Facebook at 8 p.m. Sunday.
The church also offers weekly Bible studies each Wednesday at 6 p.m. in the fellowship hall. The group is presenty studying “Twelve Ordinary Men” by John MacArthur.
The public is invited to all services.

Roan Street Free Will
The Roan Street Free Will Baptist Church will have in-house services Sunday with Sunday School at 10 a.m. and worship service at 11 a.m. with Donnie Harris preaching.
The Wednesday service is at 7 p.m.
Everyone is asked to wear a mask upon entering and exiting the building.
The public is invited.

Doe River Baptist
Doe River Baptist Church, 113 Avon St., will have its monthly food pantry Wednesday, Oct. 27, at 6 p.m.

Roan Mountain Park
No Name But His will present a special program of music Saturday, Oct. 23, at 5 p.m. at the Roan Mountain Community Park.
The group will sing at the 11 a.m. service on Sunday, Oct. 31, at Charity Hill Free Will Baptist Church.

Endtime Harvest
Community Church
Endtime Harvest Community Church, 706 Blevins Ave., will host a Multi Church Fellowship service Sunday, Oct. 31, from 6 to 9 p.m.
Multi Church Fellowship is a special service held when there is a fifth Sunday in a month. Several churches come together to fellowship, praise and worship.
Pastors are Shannon and Sissy Hoilman.
Everyone is invited regardless of denomination or church affiliation.

Hunter First Baptist
Hunter First Baptist will have a fall fest Wednesday, Oct. 27, at the farm of Ben and Heather Williams, 299 Blue Springs Road, from 6 to 8 p.m.
There will be a pizza truck, s’mores, and lots of fun.

Thursdays with Jesus
Thursdays with Jesus will be held Thursday, Oct. 28, at Elizabethton First Baptist Church. Activities will begin at 6 p.m. and will include dinner, children’s activities, and encouraging worship.
The once-monthly service is designed for working women, who perhaps work on weekends and don’t have an opportunity for Sunday worship or just for those who need some encouragement and fellowship with others.
