The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:  
Crystal Rachelle Sexton was arrested on August 3 by CCSO Deputy Tim Garland for DUI (first offense), drug paraphernalia, and Schedule II drug violations.
Nicalaus Willard Guinn was arrested on August 3 by CCSO Deputy Jeremiah Bartlett on a warrant for failure to appear.
Charles Jarvis Carden was arrested on August 3 by CCSO Deputy Christopher Caudill for driving while revoked (second) or subsequent offense and financial responsibility.
Corey Scott Fergison was arrested on August 3 by CCSO Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant for failure to appear.
Brittney Renee Carter was arrested on August 3 by CCSO Deputy Timothy Garland for Schedule VI drug violations.
Lathena Lyn Birchfield was arrested on August 3 by CCSO Sgt. William Staschak on a warrant for violation of probation.
