The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:
Thomas Neil Williams was arrested on July 27 by CCSO Sgt. Johnathan Blevins on a warrant for violation of probation.
Russell Glenn Cochran was arrested on July 27 by CCSO Sgt. Jonathan Blevins on a warrant for violation of probation.
Gregg Anthony Stoll was arrested on July 27 by CCSO Sgt. Johnathan Blevins on a warrant for failure to appear.
Ashley Nicole Norris was arrested on July 27 by CCSO Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant for failure to appear.
Matthew John Perry was arrested on July 28 by CCSO Deputy Christopher Caudill on a warrant for theft of property.
Ashley Marie Lusk was arrested on July 28 by CCSO Deputy Justin Johnson on a warrant for failure to appear.
