 William Frank Pilkton, 59, Elizabethton passed away on June 1, 2021, unexpectedly. “Throughout life we hear the phrase “when it’s your time… It’s your time” and that we all have a “pre-determined”  “end of days!” Well, I will say Billy looked so “at peace” and that he was only resting at his “end of days!” As of resent, Billy was so “accomplished”, happy and content. And as he was taken from this earth, although I feel so too early, I tell my heart…. Instead of going in a way of tragedy and pain…. Billy was simply sleeping…. And just didn’t wake up! I love you Brother….Your sister.”
