William Scott (Scotty) Fleenor, 39. Hampton passed away Saturday, May 22, 2021.  He was born July 30, 1981, in Elizabethton.  Scotty was a graduate of Hampton High School.  He was retired due to disability.  In earlier years he was employed as a Construction Worker. He was of the Baptist Faith.  Scotty was preceded in death by his father William T. Fleenor, his step-father: Anthony H. Guinn and his grandmothers: Martha Messer and Thelma Fleenor,  Scotty loved watching TV., Tenn. Vols Football, fishing and spending time with his son.
 Survivors include his mother: Beverly Guinn, Hampton, his son: Lyncoln Fleenor, Hampton, sisters: Christa Hughes, Roan Mountain, Jessica Fleenor and Khloe Fleenor, a brother: Sam Fleenor, His grandparents: Harvey Bellamy, Hiltons, Va and Tommy Fleenor, Weber City, Va.  His girlfriend: Tracy McQueen.
 Funeral Service will be conducted at 7 p.m. Wednesday in Memorial Funeral Chapel with Pastor Brandon Young officiating.  The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home.  The body will be cremated after the service.  Condolences may be sent to the family at our website www.memorialfcelizabethton.com.
