Lois Faye Duggan Lay, 72, Butler, passed away Sunday, March 28, 2021, at her residence. She was born July 23, 1948 in Tulsa, Okla., to the late Alfred and Lela Duggan. She had lived in Tennessee for 20 years.
Lois was a homemaker. She loved to work in her garden, sew and crochet.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bryant Lay, and a daughter, Paula Armstrong.
Survivors include her children, David (Paula) Duggan and Joel (Nancy) Armstrong, all of Butler, and Robert Dause of Oklahoma; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
A family memorial service will be held at a later date.
